Happy Friday and happy Blog Hop too! Today marks the start of the February Blog Hop at From the Heart Stamps which will end on Monday. We have a Project 100 Snowmen Theme this month – you can find out more about it HERE. Our designers are showcasing lots of fantastic snowy creations for your inspiration!
As you hop along, please leave a comment on each blog. One random commenter will be selected on each blog to win an image of choice from the FTHS store – hurrah!
If you have arrived from the fabulous blog of Jo Edwards then you are in the right place, if not why don’t you start on the From the Heart Stamps blog, so you don’t miss anything 🙂
Here is my card using this fab image called Laughing Snowmen – this little scene really makes me smile 🙂
I also used papers by American Crafts called Merry Mint, Marianne Snowflake dies, WRMK Corner Chomper, Spellbinders Banner Die, Papermania Sparkle Dome Stickers and Spectrum Noirs to colour.
Now head over to the wonderful Kathy Curry to see what she has created for you 🙂 The hop will end on Monday February 8th at 6 am EST. Winners will be posted on the From the Heart Stamps Blog on Wednesday February 10th. Remember to leave a comment on each of the designers blog to be in with a chance to win an image of your choice from the STORE!
Thanks for hopping along with us – have a great weekend – Karen 🙂
Hello crafty friends! Well, we’re on the home stretch now – I hope you are all looking forward to the festivities (I know I am!). Today I am sharing my last DT post for From the Heart Stamps which is an image called Snowman Drummer and is one of Faith’s Project 100 Snowmen which means at the moment is available for only $1.00! There are lots of other snowman images for a dollar too so why not check them out? Because it’s a Monday that means that there is a new sketch over on the blog, and here it is:
As you can see with my card I didn’t use the tWiSt, just the sketch but turned it around. This challenge will run over our Christmas break so will finish on Sunday 3rd January so if you have any crafting time over the festive period why not link up your creations? Challenge rules can be found HERE and remember if you take part and link up using one of our images you get a $1.00 voucher to use in the store 🙂 Also, don’t forget our Stamp of the Month challenge which will run until the 31st of December so you still have some time to link up using this super sweet image 🙂 All details for this challenge can be found HERE.
For my card I also used Papermania Festive Spots and Stripes, red cardstock, green Core-dinations cardstock, Spellbinders Circle and Scalloped Circle Dies, WRMK Corner Chomper and Spectrum Noirs to colour.
Well, that’s all from me until after Christmas. I started this blog at the end of February this year and I’d like to thank everyone who has visited it and for all the lovely comments that you have left – I appreciate them all so much 🙂
Wishing you all a Fabulous Christmas and Best Wishes for a Very Happy, Healthy and Peaceful New Year!
Hi there, it’s Monday so that means that there’s a new sketch challenge at From the Heart Stamps – here it is below. Why not play along? The challenge rules are HERE but you get a $1 credit to spend in store just for taking part as long as you use a FTHS image! I aimed to use the twist element of this week’s sketch by using lots of white and adding colour with embellishments – I think I succeeded! This image is called Snowman Drummer and is one of Faith’s Project 100 Snowmen so is only $1 in store at the moment!
I also used Centura Pearl card, Kaisercraft Rectangle Die, Spellbinders Banner Die, X Cut Snowflake Embossing Folder, Buttons, Twine and Spectrum Noirs to colour.
It would be great to see your creations over at the blog – you have a week to link up. Thanks so much for dropping by today, enjoy the rest of your week. Take care – Karen 🙂
Happy Wednesday! I hope that you are all well and ready for some mid-week inspiration? If you answered ‘yes’ to that then you’re in luck as my fabby teamies at From the Heart Stamps have some great samples to share with you over on the BLOG. My card today is what my children will be giving to their little cousin Harry who will be 19 months old at Christmas. Seems fitting then that this image is called Happy Harry! He is one of Faith’s Project 100 Snowmen which means while this project is in progress it is only $1 in the store – super bargain!!!
I also used a Presscut Stepper Card Die, Marianne Snowflake and Tree Dies, Spellbinders Banner Die, Spellbinders Square and Scalloped Square Dies, Sizzix Scalloped Border Die, Centura Pearl Card, Papermania – Capsule Collection Festive Spots and Stripes, Papermania Shimmer Dome Stickers and Spectrum Noirs to colour.
Thanks for stopping by today, and I hope you will pop back on Friday when it will be the November, From the Heart Stamps Blog Hop!!! Take care crafty friends – Karen 🙂
