Hi there! The Big Day is fast approaching and I’m nowhere near finished with my preparations! Never mind, I’m sure it will all come together soon!!! Anyways, today it’s a quick share from me. These are a couple of gift boxes I have made which will have money inside. I love this Scalloped Treat Box Die from Lawn Fawn – it’s so easy to put together and they’re so much fun to decorate! Apparently you can fit a gift card in one of these which is good to know, or you could just fill it with some mini treats!
I also used: Lawn Fawn – Perfectly Plaid Christmas papers, Lawn Fawn Forest Border Die, circle punch, twine, Memento inkpads – Tuxedo Black, Lady Bug and Summer Sky. Mama Elephant – Mini Messages stamps and dies, Mama Elephant – Lunar Animals stamps and dies, Avery Elle – Happy Howlidays stamps and Spectrum Noirs.
I hope your Christmas preparations are going well? I’m feeling a lot more festive now that we have our decorations up 🙂
That’s all from me for this week. Take care and enjoy the rest of your week – Karen 🙂
Hello there! I hope you’re well and having a good week so far 🙂 Today I have some Christmas cards to share that I have made using this sweet doggy stamp from Avery Elle called – not surprisingly – ‘Happy Howl-idays’! These were really quick to make as I basically kept the design pretty much the same for most of them, changed the patterned papers around and coloured this little fella’s scarf accordingly to match!
I also used: Papers by Lawn Fawn – Perfectly Plaid Christmas, Let’s Bokeh in the Snow and Perfectly Plaid. Die-namics Inside and Outside Diagnol Stitched Square die, Peekaboo Wonky Window die and lawn Fawn’s Stitched Circle die and Cross Stitched Rectangle die. Spectrum Noirs, Memento Tuxedo Black inkpad and various twine were also used.
Thanks for popping by today, I’ll be back next week. Take care – Karen 🙂
Hi there! Thanks for joining me today as I share these three cards that I made using the Peek-a-boo Wonky Window Die-namic die. These cards were really quick to make. I used double-sided gingham cardstock for the base card, cut out the aperture and popped a cute little critter inside – easy peasy!
For this card I used the Penguin’s in Paradise stamp set from MFT and the Lawn Fawn ‘Cheers’ die.
Here, I have used the ‘Seal-abrate stamp and die set from Avery Elle.
And last but not least, here I have used lawn Fawn’s Year 4 stamp set.
As always I coloured these little guys up using my Spectrum Noirs. I also used a Memento Tuxedo Black inkpad, the paper used for the die-cut ‘cheers’ was from a Lawn Fawn pad – I think it was either Let’s Bokeh in the Snow or Let’s Polka in the Dark!
Thanks for joining me today, take care – Karen 🙂
Hi there, how’s your week going? Today I’m sharing this anniversary card that I made to give to my sister to give to our brother and sister-in-law for their anniversary last week. This stamp and die set was my Mother’s Day present from my kids – not that I’d been dropping any hints or anything 😉 There are lots of groups of flowers in this set so you can build up a nice little arrangement around the wreath. I also used Spectrum Noirs, ribbon, twine, American Crafts blue cardstock and the spotty paper is American Crafts – Neapolitan.
That’s all from me for today. I hope you have a great weekend and thanks so much for stopping by. Take care – Karen 🙂
Hi there! I hope you’re enjoying your weekend 🙂 Today I’m sharing this card that I made a month or so ago using Avery Elle’s Seal-abrate Stamp and Die sets. I’m a sucker for a pun! I think punny cards are great for masculine cards especially. The great thing about this particular greeting is that it could be used for lots of different occasions – birthdays, new job, passing exams etc.
I also used Spellbinders circle and banner dies, My Mind’s Eye – Market Street papers, Glossy Accents (for the balls), black cardstock and Spectrum Noirs.
Thanks so much for stopping by today and enjoy the rest of your weekend! Take care – Karen 🙂
