Manana Llama…..

Hello and a Very Happy New Year to you!  I really hope that you had a great Christmas and are now getting into the swing of a new year and old routines!

Today I am sharing 3 cards that I have made using the ‘Llama Love’ stamp and dies from My Favorite Things.  I’m finding this a very useful set at the moment with regards to making cards for men although obviously they’re great for women’s cards too 🙂

The first card above is for my brother-in-Law from my Mum and Dad.  I love the faces on these llama’s – they’re very comical! The card below is for a friend of mine and the last one is for my cousin’s son.

Supplies used: My Favorite Things – Llama Love stamps and dies and Free Spirit papers.  Lawn Fawn – Everyday Sentiments Banner die, Cross-stitched Square and Rectangle Stackable dies and Stitched Circle die.  L’il Inker – Sun die, Frantic Stamper – Stitched Scene Builder dies, plain cardstock from stash and Spectrum Noirs to colour.

Well, that’s my first post for this year!  Thanks so much for stopping by today and I hope you enjoy the rest of your week.

Take care – Karen 🙂

  1. These are cute and definitely great for guys (or gals 🙂 ) I love seeing the different ways you use they same stamp! I think sometimes my stamps are treated as one use only and that is soooo not economical! Happy day!

  2. They are great for a man’s card – I love how you can include so many elements. No reason why the chaps should get a plain card, or dull colours. Certainly not if you are making them anyway! The sentiments are great fun too. Super projects!

  3. They’re fantastic, Karen! I don’t think I can pick a favorite. I love all the colors, I’m thinking Mexico and fiesta. Love your choice of papers with these images and scenes.
